Our Return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time (3-5 weeks) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive, you may request a refund but you must return the item you bought and the item must be unused.

- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Fashelon (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
All our products are shipped on demand (meaning we make them as our orders come in).

HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING WORK?
Free shipping is on select items only. On select products, FREE Promotional items do not qualify for free shipping.

For all International Shipping, please allow up to 3 - 5 weeks for delivery time.

Although our affiliate offices are located in major cities within North America (U.S. & Canada), some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
WHY DON'T I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?

- How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship after 2-5 days processing time of your order, and then take up from 3 - 5 weeks depending on your location to reach your doorstep.
- What's your return policy?
All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 60 days from purchase. IF your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.
- Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. We offer Cancellations for 48 hours after the order is placed.Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply email us at customersuccess@Fashelon.com or Message Us Here, and we’ll give you the process to return the item and get a refund.
- Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
